Together with parents, we use reading to unlock a world of opportunities.
We build readers, we build leaders.
From Phoenix to every classroom and kitchen table we touch, TRA links Science-of-Reading, trained mentors, and an adaptive AI Tutor so every child gets what they need—at school, after school, and at home.

TRA's Story
The Reading Alliance (TRA) started in Phoenix, Arizona, with a simple promise: no child should wait to read. We saw classrooms doing the most with the least, families juggling work and homework, and young adults ready to help—but without a clear pathway into schools.
So we built a coherent stack you can run tomorrow:
-
ABCs to Reading (Cornerstone & Capstone) grounded in the Science of Reading,
-
SMILE mentorship that grows Literacy Instructional Assistants (LIAs),
-
Reading Rangers programs (after-school, summer, online tutoring), and
-
Pathways to recruit, train, and place talent—supported by Learn with Mosi™ is the official AI Tutor experience of The Reading Alliance (TRA) to keep practice moving daily.
