TRA Programming
The Reading Alliance (TRA) delivers a complete, flexible literacy ecosystem for schools and families: ABCs to Reading, a Science-of-Reading framework (Cornerstone + Capstone) with kits and training; Reading Rangers, our after-school, summer, and online tutoring options for PreK–3; SMILE, a mentorship fellowship that builds a pipeline of classroom-ready Literacy Instructional Assistants (LIAs); and Pathways, workforce services that recruit, train, and place talent where it’s needed most. All programs can be implemented on campus or online, include clear lesson routines, coaching, and data dashboards, and are reinforced by TRA’s adaptive AI Tutor for daily practice between sessions. For Arizona families, offerings are ESA-friendly, making it simple to access structured-literacy support at home while districts and charters use the same tools to drive measurable gains in decoding, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension.
